SCB Athletics is open to all boys and girls in the parish and school from grades Kindergarten–eighth (basketball, volleyball, cross country, and track & field). Partnered with the WIAA, and the Chinook Athletic League, St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School offers an athletic program that Increases self-confidence and self-reliance, and a sense of caring toward others.
Our athletic programs help athletes understand the aspect of service to others, and will help them better understand their sense of belonging. Youth are brought together from different parishes and schools, and social backgrounds in an atmosphere that foster the recognition of one's strengths and limitations, the lesson of the winning and losing, and respect for all involved: fellow players, opponents, coaches and officials.

Use of Parish & School Facilities
While the convenience of having a school/parish gym and ball field is appealing to parishioners and school families, due to the inherent risk and associated liability, any athletic use of the gym is to be limited to SCB Athletics or other parish/school functions (PE, etc.). These programs are directly tied to the ministry of the parish and are not only covered by Archdiocesan insurance, but are subject to Archdiocesan oversight and policies. As there is no such control over outside groups, either organized or otherwise, we cannot allow these groups to use the gym or ball field for athletic purposes.
