Before & After School Care

Hours of Operation

Morning Care hours are 7:00 AM  to 8:15 AM during the school year on school days.

The Morning Care doors will close promptly at 8 AM. Students who arrive after 8 AM will have to wait with their guardian until 8:20 AM for normal check in.

Fees and Payments

Morning Care is a fee-based program. Families will be charged $5 per day per family anytime before 8am arrival. Payments are billed monthly directly through FACTS.

Dropping off and Safety Procedures

Students will enter through the schooi main doors, which are locked to the public.  Parents can bring their students to the main office doors for drop off.

Daily Activities

Independent materials will be available for students. Students will have the opportunity to play with puzzles, crosswords or sudoku, color, read or do homework. We strongly recommend sending your child with materials for independent play or work.

After School Care

We are excited to start our 31st year of After School Care at St. Charles, which is now housed in our school library and one of our early learning classrooms.  We are looking forward to another year of After School Care, offering quality care in a safe, loving and fun environment.  Our After School Programming for our younger students is an opportunity to unwind and rest after a long day of learning.  Our older Kindergarten through eighth grade students can play, do homework, and socialize before they get picked up.  Our After School programming is not a homework club — and we do not provide tutoring or other homework support in this program.

You must first register your child(ren) for the program before they can attend.

Please note, there is NO After School Care:

• first day of school
• last day of school before Christmas break
• last day of school
