Bellarmine Parochial Band
Learn and develop on a musical instrument in a wind band setting. Meet your friends from all across the region in this combined band program. Get instruction from multiple, first class directors. Grow your love and knowledge of music and have a blast doing it!
- Program Director: Casey Whitson, Director of Bands, Department Chair for Music, Bellarmine Preparatory School.
- Assistant Director: Stephanie Sheppard, Director of Bands, Assistant Director of Leadership, Giadrone Middle School.
- Open to grades 5-8. No prior music experience required for Beginning Band.
- Two ensemble levels. Both meet Tuesday/Thursday at Bellarmine. Beginning Band 4:00-4:50. Advanced Band 5:00-5:50.
- Full-year commitment is expected, but seasonal or partial conflicts with rehearsal times can be worked around. Reach out to Casey Whitson at whitsonc@bellarmineprep.org with schedule or finance questions.
- Parent Info Night and New Student Instrument Testing in September 17th at 4pm, Bellarmine’s Allen Hall (campus map).
