Why St. Charles: It is truly a special place, between the students, families and faith connection I get to share with my students everyday. I was looking for a specific advocacy based classroom position that included ways to share my faith along with advocating for students needs. From the moment of the first interview, I knew that this was the perfect fit. I love that I get to work with all different grade levels and to see students grow up and learn and it is such an honor to be a part of their journey.

Outside the Classroom: The beach is my happy place (I grew up in Rhode Island!)  and I travel alot.  I have been to 20 states and 9 countries total, and might beat my flight record this year with 26 flights in a calendar year.  I love cozying up with a good book,  dogs (the blessing of the pets is my favorite day in the whole world!), and any time I am able to see some live music I am happy.
