By now most people know what SCRIP is and how it greatly benefits our school. But in case you are new to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School, here are some facts:
- SCRIP is a major fundraiser at our school. The primary function of SCRIP is to keep our tuition low. Each family has made a commitment to spend $3,000 in SCRIP from June 1 – May 31 of one school year. Together we can reach our goal of raising $75,000 to benefit both the school and parish. Keep in mind, the higher the return from a merchant, the more fundraising we do for St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School.
- Once you have met your $3,000, contractual commitment, you can keep purchasing SCRIP! The more you buy, the more it benefits the school and parish!
- If you choose not to purchase SCRIP, you have the option to buyout (which you would have chosen on your registration paperwork). The buyout fee of $500 will be billed through FACTS at the end of October.
- In June, ALL outstanding balances will be billed through FACTS as a prorated buyout fee of 17%. There will be NO exceptions.
- Standing orders will be available on or around the 1st or 15th of the month and can be picked up at one of the scheduled SCRIP times or go home with your child.

SCRIP is sold inside the front door entrance the following times:
- Monday: 2:45 pm-3:15 pm
- Wednesday (All School Mass Wednesdays only): 8:10 am-8:45 am
- Friday: 8:10 am-8:45 am
- Second Weekend of each month: after Masses in the Food Bank. Subject to change.
- Exception: In May, SCRIP will be sold the third weekend.

Save yourself some time and create a standing order!
Filling out a Monthly Standing Order Form is easy! You can choose to receive your order on the 1st or the 15th of each month. Fill out what you’d like to receive each month and then attach post-dated checks for each month you want an order.
- For example 9/15/26, 10/15/26, 11/15/26 etc.
Your order will be available on or around the 1st or 15th of the month and can either be picked up at one of the scheduled SCRIP sale times or it can go home with your child.
Forms can be printed and downloaded from the link below or picked up in the office.

You can purchase SCRIP online now from over 750+ vendors. At raiseright.com, you can purchase physical cards, ecards or reload a current card by using a credit card (2.6% fee), debit card or by check.
