Admissions Process

We appreciate your interest in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School. Our enrollment application for the 2026 – 2027 school year is open effective October 1, 2025.  Please see below for the steps toward becoming a St. Charles Cougar.

Tour of the School

To schedule a campus tour, please contact our enrollment team via the online form below.  They will assist you in scheduling a time where we can personally show you the campus!

Registration

To apply, fill out our Application for Enrollment. Please note, there is a $100 nonrefundable application fee. 

We will begin building your enrollment file once we receive your completed application and provided the required documents provided below. We will need the documents before your enrollment meeting can be scheduled.

Academic Assessment & Interview

Students applying for Kindergarten through 8th grade, must attend a screening date here at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School. The screening is generally 60 minutes long and is typically scheduled on a Wednesday.
Screening dates will fall on the following Wednesdays:
  • October 8
  • October 22
  • November 5
  • November 19
  • December 3
  • December 17
  • January 14, 2026
You will be contacted to schedule a date.

Enrollment Packet Completion and Approval

Once we have received all the above documents and your child has attended a scheduled screening date, we will arrange a meeting with your family and the Enrollment Director to discuss your admission status, or place on the wait list if the class is at capacity.

You're a Cougar!

Welcome to St. Charles!  Once your enrollment is completed, we will send you your official acceptance letter and bring you officially into the SCB Family.

If accepted, your student will be given the option to schedule a shadow day. This experience allows students to spend a half-day at school visiting a classroom and teacher of their current grade (applicable to 2nd-7th grade only).

Things to Know

The documents listed below will need to be provided before your enrollment meeting can be scheduled. 

Required Enrollment Documents 

  •  Birth Certificate
  •  Baptismal Certificate
  •  Current and Complete Immunization Records
  •  Reference letters (two for grades 6-8)
  •  Copies of previous year and current year report cards
  •  Copies of court documents, custody paperwork, and/or Parenting Plan if applicable
