Meet the Administration
Mr. Brian Bradish - Principal
Dear Parents, Faculty and Staff,
It is an honor to serve as the Principal of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School. I would like to thank you for the privilege and the opportunity to share in the leadership of your school.
Before coming to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School, I was blessed to serve as the principal at St. Brendan Catholic School, Bothell, Washington. During my tenure, we accomplished many things including completing accreditation and a three-year strategic plan.
Prior to serving at St. Brendan, I was the Vice Principal at St. Joan of Arc School, a National Blue Ribbon school with more than 500 students located in Lisle, Illinois.
I have also taught fourth and fifth grade language arts and social studies as well as junior high language arts at St. Mary of Gostyn School, Downers Grove, Illinois. My education includes a Masters in Educational Leadership from Aurora University and an MBA in Financial Management from City University.
My family and I are members of St. Charles Borromeo Parish. We have one daughter who is a sophomore at Kennedy Catholic High School where my wife serves as principal.
Catholic education is extremely important to my family. St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School has established a standard of academic excellence, by creating a Christ centered learning environment that partners with parents in the educational process. Parents, teachers, staff, and administration all have an important role in creating life-long learners who are Disciples of Christ.
It is my greatest hope to be a faith-filled leader who helps continue to facilitate a school environment which supports all students to meet the mission and vision of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School. As we embark on this journey together, Proverbs 3:5-6 comes to mind: Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Ms. Kathleen Fogarty - Assistant Principal
Dear St. Charles Parents, Students, Faculty and Staff,
It is a true honor and blessing to be part of the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School and Parish community as your vice principal! I am excited to be part of such a faith-filled and academically accomplished community. I have been a part of Catholic education from my very first days, as a student and a teacher. I attended Holy Family Catholic School in Auburn, WA, then Kennedy Catholic High School; I earned a B.A. in Elementary Education and WA State Teaching Certificate from St. Martin’s University in Lacey, WA; a M.S. in Reading & Literacy from Walden University, and a M.Ed. in Educational Administration from Seattle University.
Prior to serving the St. Charles community, I was the Assistant Principal at Visitation Catholic STEM Academy in Tacoma, WA, and taught 3rd and 4th grade language arts and social studies. Also, I taught and was part of the administrative team at St. Philomena Catholic School in Des Moines, WA, for 14 years. While I was at St. Philomena, I taught 2nd grade for 11 years and 5th grade for 3 years. I have also been a private tutor for the last 15 years for kindergarten - high school students in math, language arts, history, and science.
My prayer and goal for everyone this year is to continue the academically excellent education program that has been already established, but to ensure that it emanates from Gospel values and the faith of the Catholic Church.
