In-Parish Tuition Guidelines

St. Charles Borromeo Parish is dedicated to stewardship and tithing. Parishioners are registered members of our community who give of their time, talents, and treasure to our community. Because a significant portion of the per-pupil cost is met by the financial support that comes from the parish, only those families meeting the criteria below are eligible for in-parish tuition rates:

  1. Registered in St. Charles Borromeo Parish

  2. Participating at weekly Mass as reflected by the use of envelopes in the Sunday Collection and have established such a record for at least one year.

  3. Completed sacrificial giving card on file with the parish.

  4. Participation in parish activities and/or ministries

  5. Completion of school service hours.
(Service hours are required of each family with children in the school. The minimum is 30 hours per two-parent/guardian family; 15 hours for a single-parent/guardian family, regardless of parish affiliation. Families who opt not to give of their time either in part or full will be required to pay $25.00 per hour for time not committed.

*Families who fail to maintain in-parish status will be charged out-of-parish tuition. In-parish status is monitored twice a year in January and July. Families not maintaining participating in-parish status will be charged as out-of-parish for the following six months.
