KA classroom 14-15

Welcome to KA!

We are off to a great start in Kindergarten! Despite a few tears which is common at this age, the kids are doing a great job settling in. It typically takes about 6-8 weeks before they are adjusted to their new routines. The kids are working hard each day to learn daily routines, school and classroom rules, meeting new friends, and exploring their new environment. We are learning a lot but having a great time. I am enjoying getting to know each of their personalities more each day. They are exhausted by the end of the day as I'm sure you have noticed so heading to bed a few minutes earlier as they adjust to their routine is not a bad idea! Please refer to this webpage as a helpful resource as we are all settling into a new routine. This webpage is updated weekly and has more information than I can provide in my weekly newsletter.
